Need motivation!

Hello everybody, i want to do some hard, strenght and effective work out to have a nice body for septembre and i need motivation. Does anyone want to tell me what (s)he is going to do or what does (s)he do to really change his/her body in three months? Thaaaanks.

Hi wassila and welcome. For me I really want to lose some weight all around my body. I always try room workout at least 3 times a week and I try to change my eating.

Its a good idea. Did you do some cardio? Its really great to lose weight

Most of the time I do some cycling or elliptical at the gym and when am at hope I do some rope jumping

Hi! You CAN change your body and look great in September! Try to do more weight/strength training. Muscle always burns more fat and gives you a toned look great that makes you look like you lost more than you actually have. Just take 1 day at a time!
