Unfortunately, there's no way to lose weight from specific parts of your body. Your body decides where to pull fat from. Just stick with 20+ minutes of cardio a day, and you will definitely see results. Most people give up after a few weeks, but not you. You're not like everyone else, right? :) Stick with it, and your tummy will be gone in no time.
That's good to hear. If you already eat healthy, just add in some cardio every day, and you'll definitely see results. It may take a few months, but it will be worth it, and you'll feel a lot better.
I used to be the exact same way. Just gotta find the motivation. If losing weight was easy, everyone would be slim and in shape. You gotta work hard for it, but the results will be worth it.
My motivation is that we only get one chance to live on this planet. I want to be proud of my body during my short time here. :)
Every single time. I also got really tired of saying things like 'someday I'll be in shape' and ' someday I'll be skinny' and ' someday I'll be strong'. If you continue to let yourself be lazy, it will always just be 'someday' instead of 'today'. Can you imagine how good it would feel to finally be able to say 'today I have the body I've always wanted'?
I used to actually think like that... A few days ago, I looked in the mirror and I liked how I look now. Back in 2009, I looked really horrible. Ha, I'm glad at least weight a lot. Sure I want to be a lot skinner, but I wayyyy better now than back then, ha.
