Well. It's been a rough couple days. I was in the hospital for pelvic inflammatory disease so now I'm taking it easy until I'm 100%
hubs hasn't really been helping with the whole eating better thing. He knows my weaknesses and he knows I have no self control.
But I'm still working out on my own so that's good and I think I'm gaining muscle. I notice it more in my hips butt and thighs. Gotta work on my tummy and arms.

Why don't he join in and you two can be each other's support system everyone could use a better diet and some exercise

Mike is right having someone in your entourage to support you, can help to stay on track on your diet and can really help you to push harder. Having someone with you can make your workouts more enjoyable
