Well. It's been a rough couple days. I was in the hospital for pelvic inflammatory disease so now I'm taking it easy until I'm 100%
hubs hasn't really been helping with the whole eating better thing. He knows my weaknesses and he knows I have no self control.
But I'm still working out on my own so that's good and I think I'm gaining muscle. I notice it more in my hips butt and thighs. Gotta work on my tummy and arms.
