Hi everyone..
Need some tips to loose waist line fat
Plz help

Diet? I've actually just managed to shrink my belly a bit by cutting out all the crap I eat all the time. Don't get me wrong, I'm hungry constantly but it's worked and that's just in a few days. I have cereal for brekkie, yoghurt and fruit for lunch. Some breakfast biscuits for snacks in the afternoon and dinner. And lots of water. Helps.

Best way to lose weight is cardio. Burns most calories I think. Just gotta keep active! It's never easy and it'll only happen if you put your mind to it and stick with it. Good luck :-)

Cardio is great. Find an activity you enjoy doing. Look into hiit workouts too. Good luck!
