The past two days I've been on the road, driving 7 to 8 hours to and from colleges for visits. I haven't worked out yesterday or today, and won't get back til late tonight. I feel guilty, even though I haven't had time. Any advice? What do you guys do when you skip working out because of busyness? Do you do extra work the next day? Do you have a routine for busy days?
