Lately, I have had no motivation to exercise.. I'm always exhausted. My boyfriend won't exercise with me, so it would be nice to have some sort of support to get me motivated..

I am in exactly the same boat. My bf won't join me either and I lack motivation. I feel like a trainer is what I need or even a drill sergeant. Lol. It's tough for me good to know I'm not alone in the motivation department.

Keep at it and when you get in the shape you want and guys are hitting on you all the time he would wish he had lol

Yeah, it sucks. I switched to water only and I have insomnia, so I'm always exhausted. Every time I try to work out, I end up giving up because I feel too exhausted all the time.

What's your diet like
22 Jun
What you can do is get you mio fit to go in your water do not get the energy kind though that stuff is like crack it gave me the gitters and get some granola bars that says supports energy and eat that and drink bout half the bottle if water with the fit in it bout 20 mins before then finish the water during workout

Hahaha I'm small enough as is. I'm only 100 lbs, 5'4", and 20 yrs old. I'm just trying to tone up and live a HEALTHIER life and possibly gain weight from muscle rather than fat.

I'm allergic to dairy and gluten, so I don't have much of a variety of food choices. I also only drink water.

22 Jun
That does make it tuff is don't even know what gluten is lol
22 Jun
May try to increase your protein intake that supports muscle building but idk what to suggest with you allergies may need to talk to a nutritionist
22 Jun
If I can afford one, I will. I'm gonna try to find something at an organic market around here.
22 Jun
I'll talk to my neighbor she does that stuff see what she says

I'll try it out. I'll have to see if there are any bars without dairy or gluten though.

Gluten is a protein in most wheats and grains.

22 Jun
Try like Lara bars or clif bars they would be with the nutrition stuff like protein weigh and all that workout stuff near the pharmacy at wal mart or you could check gnc places like that probably be your best bet
22 Jun
Clif bars are really good, but most have dairy. Some have soy, but soy also hurts my stomach so idk..
22 Jun
It's a process but you will find something just gotta shop around
22 Jun
Yeah. I'll check out some shops. Maybe someone at GNC will have a recommendation.
22 Jun
If they work at a nutrition shop they better lol good luck and I'll be around I gotta run but holla at me anytime you need that kick in the butt to get going lol

Ok ladies here is you a little motivational speech it's gonna be tough some days it's gonna suck and some days your gonna want to give up but do you like being able to get down and tie your shoes and run to your car in the rain then physical fitness is key if you don't do anything your physical appearance not only suffers but so does your overall health so just when you do t think you have time look again cause even 5 mins a day is better than sitting on the couch I read a thing that said " no matter how slow you go your still laping the people on the couch" so good luck to y'all and get up and do this thing you have to find workouts you enjoy and throw something you think you'll never be able to do in the mix just for fun it is what you make it if you just do something going in thinking it's gonna suck guess what it's gonna suck but if you go in thinking this is gonna be fun and I'm gonna feel great afterwards and accomplished cause I'm building goals well then that's how it's gonna go good luck hope this helps

Thanks Mike. Today seemed to be a lot easier for me to get started. I did a lot more exercising today than I thought I was capable of..

Here is some more motivation. Okay so I know when you start working out its gonna be hard. When your first working out your gonna be tired and soar, but don't let pain stop you from achieving your goals. no pain no gain right? When you keep working at somthing you are gonna start becoming better, faster ,stronger (in the words of kanye lol). So when you are working out and you stop working hard think about this is this gonna benefit you in the future? And the answer is yes and I bet you would feel better about yourself in the future. You see people always said I will never be a good athlete I proved them wrong by running and lifting weights. Afterwards I had the most sacs in football, lifted the most weight in powerlifting and got first in track. FYI I became MVP.My point is that you can always achieve your goals. With a little will power and motivation you will be able to acomplish anything. By the way if you need a motivation buddy or need more of it kik me at D_Rocha117

When you are running you should always breathe in your nose and out your mouth. This allows more Oxygen to get in your body. The faster you run the more you breathe like this. Make sure you stretch your arms and your legs really good because when you are running you are using most of your muscles. When I run I usually Dont think about how much it hurts so all I do is clear my mind. Another thing I think about when I run is that after this run I am gonna get better. Did you know that the...
