Hello there I'm new here I'm looking for someone for motivation and advice all I seam to eat is sweets and I mean a lot I'm looking for advice to get rid of them and just get out and keep fit I'm a very active person love extreme sports and cycling I'm wanting to join a gym I just need the nutritional side of things I'm 6" and I'm 10,5 stone and 27 anyone who is the same as we would be brilliant. Thank you :)

Dude same problem. Tend to find other things to snack on when I get a sugar crave, fruits, veggies, crap like that

Sweet fruits are great substitutes. Try vegan pastries or something too. So you can eat the sweets without the bad crap in it.
