I am new and I weigh 155 lbs. I want to lose at the least 25lbs. I plan to do whatever it takes to have a healthy body by August.

Keep your chin up and work hard you'll make it but throw something fun in the mix to keep it interesting and something crazy for a good laugh that will make it not be like grueling work I created a stretch workout I threw a bow pose in there just because it looked impossible and it was hilarious I looked like an egg rolling around in the floor haha but now I can do it pretty good just change things up and have fun so you will look forward to doing it good luck
