I am new and I weigh 155 lbs. I want to lose at the least 25lbs. I plan to do whatever it takes to have a healthy body by August.

I completely underdtand where your coming from. I weigh 125 but the thing is im short and i look really fat. I am trying to reach my goal which is to lose 20 pounds and gain muscle. My parents think i will be too skinny at that weight. Hope you reach your goal. Good luck!!!!

Keep your chin up and work hard you'll make it but throw something fun in the mix to keep it interesting and something crazy for a good laugh that will make it not be like grueling work I created a stretch workout I threw a bow pose in there just because it looked impossible and it was hilarious I looked like an egg rolling around in the floor haha but now I can do it pretty good just change things up and have fun so you will look forward to doing it good luck
