So I want to loose a bit of weight and tone up im trying to eat healthy and exercise but I am stuck at the same weight any ideas to get the kick I need losing motivation
Hi, the same thing happens to me... i feel all this effort is worth nothing because i can keep exercising and dieting and restricting myself for no change at all... but you know what?? I ve heard loosing weigh is a proccess and that people have like this phase in which weigh stabilizes... and then loosing comes back although slowly so id say... KEEP UP with the good habits, healthy food and exercise! We ll do it only if we dont give up now! This is the real test! If we can keep to our diet and exercise routines, we can for sure see good results soon!!

I just downloaded this app... but until now ive been going to a gym and doing exclusively cardio... (running, elyptic bike, etc)... i guess i need a change in my routine! :-P
