Hi... I just wonder how many workouts you do in a day?
I can only do one or two for now...

Every day, twice a day, one or two in each session. Except now, I'm recovering from surgery, so zero!

Right now, two or three a day.

Usually a warmup and jog, ab program workout, and leg workout.
