I get cought in doing the samething everyday. Im making excuses to not exercise. One big one is I dont have time or if I exercise now before I go to my next job I dont have time to shower and im going to smell horrible. Lol when crunch for time and in my car alot what can I do?
Hey April goods for you to admit to yourself that you are making excuses. Now be honest with yourself about why you want to workout. Once you have your WHY you will find the time. We all have the same 24hrs right? Whether it is short between job workouts, getting up 20 min early to fit in a workout or doing it at night. You can do it.
