Do you guys count a workout as complete if you stop to rest

I want to know because I take breaks during my workout's so I don't count them as complete until I can do the whole workout as shown by the video's

Well a shorter breaks are for tonning your muscles, if you want to gain muscle bulk, It's okey to have a breaks which fit you

Yes it still counts long as your heart rate is still up, don't rest to long your muscles will thank you later haha and right the shorter the breaks the better if u must take a break keep it no longer than 20 to 30 secs or just slow down but never quit push thru bro

I dont believe in breaks, but I do crossfit so its as many reps as you can in a time limit to set pr's, but whatever you put in is what you get out of it

Well I think when it says to transition or rest is the only time you should rest. Cutting in on workout time doesn't help you at all. No pain, no gain. So that means if you want to take a break your not working hard enough!!!!! Try not to take so many breaks but if you really truly feel like you have to take a break then take one :-)
