I'm a stay at home mom of two and need some motivation to lose these 20 lbs. no one I know is dedicated to working out so I need help please!!!

I'm almost 30 with two kids. There are some already established programs that can be bought. Should we consider these? Has anyone had experience buying them?

I'm not insane enough for that one lol. I'd def need a coach to push me through that. That's awesome you did it! I was referring to the programs on this app? I am 5 3 about 130. I am not a fan of high intensity.

Yes! That would be wonderful. I usually do shorter timed workouts. It's hard to keep a baby focused on something for 30 minutes. What are your focus areas?

I'm 19 & just had two boys back to back!! Im 25 lbs up but I want to lose 35. I've started eating healthier and using the app My Fitness Pal to help keep track of that. We need something to help get rid of this baby fat and fast!!!

Haha. Yes! And I'm sure you can understand it's also hard to find the time to stop and do a 30 min exercise
