Help! I have a flat booty and I'm ashamed! Lol! Any suggestions to help my butt would be greatly appreciated

Well I started off with 40 squats every night and morning. For two weeks and had reallly good results. Hope that helps.

I can't wait to get started. I do squats but not e every day. I can do bout 50-100 so now im goin to do every day ty for the tip.

Do squats but also butt clenches that you hold for 5 seconds each time. Sounds weird but works well.

Anthony, I trust that you know your stuff. How many and how often? I'm totally dumb when it comes to Working out.

If you're using weights and working lower body with these big moves 3 times a week is plenty! Don't be afraid to lift heavy (you will not get bulky) but you will incinerate fat!!

You're welcome :-) if these are not working let me know and I can give you a few more ideas. Try to give these a good 4-6 weeks and if you're consistent you'll see results! :)
