Let's create a training schedule
Does anyone want to create a training plan with me? I need motivation and someone who has the same goals as me. Maybe a little bit of training experience is necessary but I am hopefull to find some motivated people
I plan my workouts and get the most out of having a plan. Here's a quick example.
S - Cardio
M - Cardio, Yoga
T - Rest
W - Legs, Abs
TH - Chest, Back,
F - Rest
S - Shoulders, Arms, Abs
