Hi everyone I'm new and not sure how to use this site and I also need to add some friend. I'm here to loss weight and tone up but I will need a lot of motivation. Any one here to help me with that. Thanks Misque

Firstly, welcome  . If you are new to exercise try Beginner BlastOFF! And Beginner. Also Exercises for Starters. There are loads of beginner exercises to do. Good luck.
