Need helpfull tips please!

Hello everybody Since one year I try to eat healthy but now I have doubts if my food portions and my daily calories I take are good for loosing weight. Now I have three questions:
What and how much should I eat?
How often should I train?
How often cardio a week?
Sorry for my bad english

I do cardio 4 times a week and strengh and resistance exercises 4 times a week as well. Remember cardio does not ha e to be long but should be intense. Good luck.

Just try to cut out processed foods as these are often high in sugar which stores as fat. Increase your water intake as this really helps weight loss with a good diet. Feel free to follow me and we can chat about it more.

Keep your calories over 1200 but under 2000 under 1600 if you want to lose weight
