Well it's 07:30 am here in the UK.  I usually workout about this time daily.  If you guys let me know which one you do, I can do it the next morning 👍

You can do it lol the pistols were kinda difficult for me but i just slowed down and did as many i could at a slower pace

The A-team workout is intense and the pistols are kinda hard but you can do it...dont give up just go at your own pace

Tuesday and thursday will be strictly cardio workouts mwf will be total body exercises

That was toughSome I couldn't even get into. Pistols wtfLol I need new knees for that one..  I will keep trying till I get through it.   Good work out Bruce.

Welcome!!! We did the A-team workout today, tuesday and thursday will be only cardio exercises while monday,wednesday, and friday will be total body type workouts

Same here with the protein shakes....i also eat peanut butter all day and fruit smoothies....i need to try almond milk heard great things about it
