I went to Mississippi last summer I ended up coming back from a two mile run sweating buckets, I've been hiking soooo much in the national parks.

3 miles ran this morning as I couldn't do my cardio yesterday.  I'll aim to do today's workout  after my Boxercise class tonight.  (If I have the energy)
I have not been to this class before so looking forward to it.

Yes the flat tummy workout....on tuesdays n thursdays we do cardio workouts either run on your own or choose a cardio program

Try morning rise or the flat tummy workout we did yesterday and your protein intake after working out helps to build lean muscle

I need help with protein shakes and intakes since I am not at all familiar with them... need suggestions on what, when and how... anybody please.

My protein shake is disgusting. Well it was when I first tried it. I got use to it and make it work for me. One first thing in the morning. One after hard workout or running. Its pea protein so no whey no soy or gluten. I blend the hell out of it with almond milk, frozen strawberries cinnamon vanilla and teaspoon of honey.

I suggest blend some fruits and whey/casein powders and plant protein together, and drink it after your workout. If you want to put on size, eat one hour before and two hours after your weightlifting sessions lots of meats and fishes, anyone who says to eat carbs is a liar.

Just very old injury flare up. It goes way way back to high school basketball. I have been doing 100 squats a day challenge. So I am laying off that for a bit. Oh we can do that workout again if its OK with everyone.
