2 mile run this morning on tredmill. Plan to do some upper body and abs with weights this afternoon. My personal  goal is to run at least 2 miles a day plus my regular workout routine. : )

OK guys I am trying to get back on track hereWork, my knee and family issues has really messed with the goals I have set this weekI have about week and some day before my vacation beginsSo soon I can just focus on working out the way I want to.

We pick different workouts monday wednesday and fridays and do cardio tuesday and thursdays

Has anybody considered using a slimming cream or somethin like that ! I asked a physician and he recommended not to use any cause they are useless.. :s

As long as youre consistent with your workouts and trying to eat right there is no need for creams because your body will respond and you will start to see the results you want....but its not going to happen over night
