I'm trying to get fit as soon as possible for a job I'm planning late October so I'm doing legs Mondays and Fridays then I'm doing arms Tuesday and Thursday then cores on Wednesday and full body on Saturday giving me rest on Sunday all workout I have set at 9pm and all are about 10 or more minutes. Does that sound good? I'm doing it all on casual and I'm looking for a good casual core workout for my stomach

That sounds brilliant and yo can just up the intensity as you find them becoming easier. Amazing Abs Attack is a good core workout. It is moderate but there are not many casual ones. If you find it difficult you can reduce the time.
