What is a good way to determine how much weight to loss and what is a healthy weight for your body type??? Also best ways to loss weight, I work out and swim everyday also I eat healthier and watch my calories but not sure I have made any progress

Always rest. If you work out everyday without sufficient rest then you will wear and tear muscles and joints.
