I'm new here just joined today I'm determined to do anything to get the body I want. I'm tired of looking fat lol

Do light weights with more reps/sets, that way you'll get more toned also do some cardio, your better off doing cardio after lifting weights

By the way also get on a diet, learn how to count calories and try to spread your meals around 2-3 hours apart, at this point your biggest enemy is temptation and hunger, trust me when I say this you will get hungry in between those 2-3 hours lol so to bypass this snack on a stick of celery by itself (1 calorie), dont put peanut butter its really high in calories and you dont want that, if you do have to eat the celery with something eat it with a bit of cottage cheese, same thing at night if you get hungry, a small bit if cottage cheese and a handful of almonds will do the job but try to avoid eating late
