You can do them in reps. Like 25 at at time .. spread them throughout the day.

I'm in ! I'll try my best because right now I can't even do 20 hahaha:-) I'll do them thru out the day just like I do my walking . So this challenge will really encourage me to keep going :) Thanks !

If you watch tv, do mini workouts during commercials. That's what I do :) good luck! I know you can do it!
