I cant take this diet sht! Just ate a wheat bread chicken salad footlong idk if that's bad but screw it.

Diet is only part of it. If you exercise enough you can get away with a few treats every now and then :-)

I have the same problem! I'm trying to lose weight with a friend of mine, she's eating almost nothing and I'm working out and TRYING to diet. Oh well; no results yet lol! But feeling great though.

I fast everyday. Between last meal and the first meal in the next day, I I try no to eat anything for 12-14 hours, except plain water. Then I do exercise before eating anything.
This is the most effective diet for me. You might want to read about fasted exercise. There are lots of articles about it. Cheers

Eating healthy is half the battle of achieving your desired results. How about some salads, and fruits and vegetables? Just forget fatty foods and keep the lean meats in your diet. You got this!
