I cant take this diet sht! Just ate a wheat bread chicken salad footlong idk if that's bad but screw it.
I fast everyday. Between last meal and the first meal in the next day, I I try no to eat anything for 12-14 hours, except plain water. Then I do exercise before eating anything.
This is the most effective diet for me. You might want to read about fasted exercise. There are lots of articles about it. Cheers
