I am 17 and weight 180. I want to weight about 150 before Spring break next year. What would be a good workout and diet I could do! I would love some help! Thanks!

Hello laura the stomach fat only bcoz of we don't take risks for digesting our food., for example on today onwards try to chew whatever food you taken as much as possible., and daily do 5-6kilomeers running., and try to go motion for three times a day.!! Sure you can decrease your stomach belly..!! I have got best results
