No more fat thighs and belly?

I can't get rid of the fat on my thighs and my lower belly what cardio or other stuff can I do specific to losing fat in my belly and thighs????

I do squats and lunges and leg lifts and all sorts of ab stuff.

Belly fat is cortisol, lack of sleep and stress... I assume your on contraception hence the thick thighs ?

If you have a lot of fat around your scapular, carbs aren't you friend and cut them out for two weeks.. Eat as many veggies throughout the day and have 3-5 servings of protein ex chicken, beef, lamb

This is a cheerleader abs workout my sister gave me. Half my baseball team couldn't finish it I promise you will be sore.
Hollow hold-20 seconds
20 scissor kicks
20 v-ups (jackknifes)
20 tuck ups
20 hollow rocks
20 seat-raises
20 side-to-side legs (10 per side)
10 leg lowers
10 roundups
