I can't get rid of the fat on my thighs and my lower belly what cardio or other stuff can I do specific to losing fat in my belly and thighs????
I do squats and lunges and leg lifts and all sorts of ab stuff.
This is a cheerleader abs workout my sister gave me. Half my baseball team couldn't finish it I promise you will be sore.

20 scissor kicks
20 v-ups (jackknifes)
20 tuck ups
20 hollow rocks
20 side-to-side legs (10 per side)
10 leg lowers
