OK well, I want to lose 20 pounds by January.
I'm 5'2'' and about 175, 20 years old.
I need to know how to stick to working out
Also I don't eat lots of junk food, just occasional junk food weekend meals.
Cardio and full body workouts are probably a good idea for weight loss, you can also try the running or cycling workouts they have available here. Anything that'll get your heart pumping and gasping for air hehe.
As motivation, you get points for each workout ^__^ I think you get more points if it's tougher and longer.
