Eliminating food

Hii everyone! I am a foodaholic haha i love to eat anything and everything but i would love to get some tips on what specific foods to eliminate out of my diet. i know basics on what to stay away from but we all snack at some point. What should i deffinatly cut out? :)

I like to think more about what's good than bad. If you have a sweet tooth, stock up on fruits that you like. Natural sugars will help kill the cravings. Snack on veggies and other raw foods, like nuts and seeds. I personally love to season garbanzo beans with olive oil, chili powder and salt. Then bake them until crunchy. This has replaced popcorn for me. I also make "mason jar meals" to have on hand when I'm wanting a balanced snack. I post pics and recipes on instagram, if you're interested. __vitamin_c_

Definitely cut out unnatural sugars and processed foods.
