I have a very low wight (some says, to low), but i'm so unfit...can Somebody help me?C.C.

My youngest sister has the dame issue out mom was the same way.... She does shorter workouts and does strength training

Hi, my body is unfit too, but my weight is 78 and l must loss 10 kilogram.
