I'm new on this app. And I like that you can ask other people for help. I need motivation and energy to get up in the morning and go to the gym. I do boxing 3 times a week but for the other days I want to work out so I can lose weight not maintain it. Any ideas? I eat healthy and take mult vitamins but still feel blah every morning.
Good morning. ...hope I'm not intruding here but I was just wondering. ...you say you feel blah in the morning....might it be because you are not getting the full 8 hours of sleep you need?
I go to bed early to get at least 8 but sometimes I wake up before at 7 hours. But never get less or more than that.
Thanks I don't know how to get the extra hour when I can never sleep in. Or when i wake up early I can't fall back to sleep. Thanks for the motivation. I'm kinda doubting I will reach my goal been trying to all summer and all I have done is maintained the same weight. I haven't even lost 3 pounds and I'm on a strict diet so that's why i wanted the extra push to got to the gym. Lol

Well I definitely know what you are experiencing. ..I'm the same way I wake up and can't get back to sleep it seems like every night. ..my mind just seems to start racing when I wake up and it just won't stop. Have you tried a natural sleep aid....ie..melatonin...my wife takes it and swears by it....i on the other hand am just a little bit stubborn....lol...once again though Kayleigh I am not a doctor so please consult your physician should you decide to try it. ..like I said though it is a natural supplement.
