To increase my metabolism i've been trying to eat more veggies and fruits and also drink green tea. Is there anything else I should be eating/doing to help?
Eating breakfast helps kick start your metabolism. I'm one that doesn't eat a big breakfast so I eat an apple or small cup of oatmeal or banana in the morning.
Gain more musclemass and overall better shape. Only things to truelly boost it. Aswell as being more active.
