Hey everyone, I'm on my way back to fitness after slacking off for a couple months. I wanna hear from group members how do you find this app and what workouts do you mainly focus on.

Yes I tore my ACL so I have been wearing a brace still do workouts and I feel like my knee is getting better.

I love this app.  I have been focusing mostly in cardio with some muscle exercises.
