Hi everyone I am new here and my goal is to gain weight I want some muscle but not too much :) I am new to working out and which work outs would u recommend for me that have worked for u? Also it would be nice to have a motivational partner. Thanks!

Hi. Welcome. Im also new to the app. I have tried 6 hard holding moves and fierce wall challenge. I will motivate you and also will post a motivational message every alternate day or 3 times a week. Let me know.

Hey Chika, where are you looking to gain muscle and tone up at? Legs? Butt? Core area? I do lots of yoga and flexibility stuff for wrestling and I have definitely seen some improvement in my flexibility and toned-appearance. Yoga would be a good place to start and if you need other workout idea's people on here and me would be happy to point you in a good direction! Good luck with your goals and if you need anything I'll try to help:)

Hi Cody. I want to gain muscle everywhere I guess lol I mainly want to gain about 10 pounds or so. Will try yoga have never done it before. Will follow u to get more advice thanks!
