Heey everyone id love to hear some of your goals for motivation and inspiration! One of my goals is to be able to get a better body and be more fit to become better at yoga dance and figure skating!:) follow for follow?

To tone my arms and have enough muscle so you can see it without flexing. AND to get rid of those dang stubborn love handles! Lol
