Im down for whatever! But my challenge for myself is to consistently workout everyday except Sundays :))

I know i have done the mummy kicks butt which i felt in my ribs butt and legs for a few days

Also the idependent full body o just did and the off the couch arms i did on Sunday night with was also great!

I'm gonna be doing muscle memory today when I get home and that's with a 10000 or more steps by running and or walking before I do my exercise

It helps to burn more calories faster and help tone your body faster both lower and upper/mid
