I've just started working out this past week and my arms are sore so I know I will skip a day of arms tomorrow. I was just laid off on Monday so I figured unexpected me time. But I would really like to have some support come from somewhere because I just can't seem to find it.

Do 1-2 exercises a day just for fun on here. Start with short ones 3min or 6min and it gets you motivated to go for longer sessions - good luck x

Simon my goal is to drop about 8 more pounds and get toned and firm I don't want to jiggle
