I'm usually pretty good at watching what I eat on the week days... But I DREAD the weekends! Between going away dinners, birthday dinners, movies dates, functions etc... There always seems to be a reason to indulge in pretty bad foods & drinks. Not to mention I only work Mon-Fri so aside from working out, I'm usually way less active when off. Any advice or tips?

One thing that works great for must of clients is 90 percent clean,10 percent dirty diet meaning eat clean mon-Sat, then Sunday have a cheat meal but not outrageous. Something u could look forward if u earn it, it keep u discipline & balance at the sometime. Good luck
