Can we bike at least 3 miles a day? I love riding my bike, but need some motivation. Anyone in....?
Whoa kick boxing do you know you will gonna burn up 1000 cal if you are serious with that ... but try to focus on your lower part ...start slowly n gradually best of luck my friend
I do that daily anyway...but like the other guy says..bump it up a bit!
Here a tip..do your 3 miles and if you got it in you take it to 4 miles and thats now your lowest limit for awhile..push to 5m and then thats your lowest limit.
Kickboxing is fast hard cardio and your lungs get most benefit to start with which is good as we need oxygen the more the better...
