Awesome !!! Those are great goals !!! All I can tell you is what my trainer is doing for me and that's shocking my muscles by doing a different workout every day ie... legs one day....abs one day....back and shoulders the next...the variety is keeping me interested and the results keep me coming back to the gym every day.

I went to the gym almost everyday last month, but I have back problems, so I need to go slow. Im in a dancing summer camp right now and it's great! But I just can't stop eating! Haha I get anxious a lot!

Ooo no....I'm so sorry to hear about your back problems...i know it's not much of a consolation but I have back problems myself due to a car accident over 2 years ago...so I not only understand but sympathize as well. You might try and strengthen your core and that will strengthen your back and lessen your back pain at least that's what my trainer is doing for me.

I had a car accident too! I think Im starting a diet tomorrow, hope I can do it this time haha

If I may say so myself Natalia....i have no doubt whatsoever that you CAN and WILL do it...you set your mind to it...keep the reason for your goals before you....fixed firmly in front of you...where you will not lose sight of them....and YOU WILL DO IT !!! I'm firmly convinced of it !! ;-)

You are quite welcome young lady !!! I'm very very old....likely old enough to be your grandfather !!! I am 50...old enough that I am sick and tired of being fat and ugly. ...the ugly I can't do anything about....but as far as the fat goes...i can diet and workout !!! Lol !!

I suffered with failure and being overweight for so long that I feel compelled to encourage and motivate all who are suffering through what I have suffered through for decades now....take care and have a great night....and remember even if you take 3 steps forward and 2 steps back....you have still made progress...so don't ever give up !!!!

With your back problems and whiplash try swimming or dancing in the water. Water therapy is tye best out there for dancers and serious injuries. The water helps balance your weight and distribute body muscles and keep you toned and elegant! Also swimming is super easy on your back and it strengthens it! There is also water workouts and classes that you can take to help you with a speedy recovery!
