I get bored fast

How can I keep working out interesting. I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week for an hour but I do the same thing every time which are the exercises I need to do to target my goals what can I do to not get bored and want to stop working out

Try mixing it up. Instead of doing the same work outs try doing others that also target your goals. Or even try running outside, or walking.

I agree about getting outdoors. The time goes by a lot faster outside. And the air is fresher :-)
