I'm currently 54kg at 162cm tall.
My goal is to stay between 50-55kg

I'm currently 5'9" and 140lbs. My goal is to be at 150lbs. Just toned though!

I'm 6' tall and weigh 204 lbs down from 286. Goal is 185. Only 19 to go :-)

Im 5'1 and weight 127. My goal is to be between 115 - the 120. I still have muscle from when I did martial arts a lot :/ I'd rather get leaner and less bulky

I'm 6'3" tall and at 225  my goal is to shred my belly fat and drop down to 200 in 3 weeks time

5'10" 176 lbs. high 7% body fat. Goal is 170 lbs keep size, and 6% body fat.
