I hv never been doing exercises though I was healthy but I started loosing my weight coz unscheduled Jobs.. So can someone help what to eat more so I could gain weight
Carbs pasta, rice and veg with good amount of meat for protein..
Keep fatty stuff to a minimum as it will add weight but also colesterol.
If your doing weight lifting plan then you need more than 2500cal for men 2000 women...if you increase this taking into account what your burning through lifting then you add weight.
There are bulking products that add upto 800 cals per shake which can be easier to digest than more food than your used to.
