So I'm new here and I don't really know what I should do. I want to lose my weight and my legs are really weak. So what do you recommend to me?;) P.S. sorry for grammar mistakes.

Go to workouts, then go to browse and from there you'll be able to look at workouts for weight loss and legs

Go jogging! It burns many calories and it strengthens the legs a lot. Also you have to diet, otherwise you won't be able to lose some fat.

You should start with the strengthning exercise for your legs first before you take any exercise regime. It is important you have your legs strength evaluated by someone who can guide you on which muscles to work on. If you could post your pics focusing on ur legs and thighs may be someone can help
