Starting with 1 mile and so on...

Today I started with 1 miles on my bike and tomorrow I will do 2 and then 3 & 4 and then so on! I need motivation!!! I'm 5'6 I wait 250 pounds and I wanna love 50 pound at the end of this year so I need your help guys!!

That's a great start! Just remember to eat reasonably healthy, and the weight will come off.
