Hi everyone I'm new on here and I need some motivation to get me going with my workouts. But for starters I just got back from the gym so I'm doing okay hanging in there!

Well biking is good, but I eat a lot. . Like food is always on my mind even during my workouts haha so I have to cut down.

Firstly You should be regular in your workouts
Then you should choose the workouts which are more helpful to u
Also make a workout partner & some motivational friends who could encourage you regularly.
