Alright, a few of you have been asking for a work out that I do. Here is a very simple one.
each workout is timed, do as many as you can in the time allotted.This should be a very fast paced, heavy sweating routine if done correctly -Danger

-crunches -45 seconds
-Elbow plank -30 seconds
-weighted in and outs -45 seconds
-Side elbow plank-30 seconds
-Monkey style side hurdle hops -60 seconds
-(other) side plank
REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE, MY BEST IS 28 ")

You could create this as a workout for people ☺ sounds like it would burn off a lot of fat. Would love to give it a go
