Im 26yrs old and I have always had weight issues...I had a hormonal imbalance since I was 12 and now I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)..I have been trying to loose some weight since I was diagnosed in March but its sooo difficult...I have cut out most sugars and I hardky eat flour..I only eat gluten free or rice flour...However I havd only lost 7lbs...
I have been told I have lost some inches off my body and when I checked I lost about 3inches...

Its so hard sticking to the diet and exercise though because the weight loss seems soo insignificant...I have eating issues which range from not eating to throwing up after eating...

I guess I just need some guidance and motivation...

Making a commitment to being healthier is great. Don't stress about how little you've lost so far. Be excited about how much you're losing. You're doing great so far. It takes 21 days to break or form a habit. Keep at it.
