Okay so I am not very large or anything but I am trying to build muscle and help woth strength because I intend to try out for American Ninja Warrior when I turn 21 (I'm currently 19) Is anyone willing to help eith training with me , suggesting workouts, and helping stay on track?

I really can't help with ninja warriors but you did say you wanted muscles.. Start with 20-40 push ups 10 lift ups 1 minute plank 1 minute plank with touching shoulder then after about a week you can boost it up a little more.. Like 40-60 push ups 20 lift ups etc. Ninja warrior testes movement you have so it's not just the arms.. It's also your core legs strength and speed.. Which all leads up to good stamina.. You have to have stamina it's very important.. It's the energy that you have after a workout or even just walking.....

Look up barstarzz mimic their workouts. Flexibility and muscle strength have got to be key for what you plan on doing.  Good luck hope to see you on there.
