4 months to Lose weight for my wedding

Please, I desperately need support and motivation. I need to lose between 6 and 10 kgs before the end of October... My wedding is 1 November 2014 and I would love to have conquered this weight barrier and feel sexy and confident for myself and my husband*

You can do that! I have lost 13lb is 6 weeks so 4 months would be plenty of time to lose what you want to lose. Here is what to do. If you are currently consuming 2000 cals cut this to between 1600-1800 a day. Make sure these are healthy foods though that are low in sat fat, refined sugar and sodium. Fruit and veg is great! For exercise do a mix of cardio and resistance and muscle strengthening exercises. If you keep this up for 4 months you should lose that weight. Remember though, don't cut any foods out permenantly otherwise you set up for failure. Have the foods you like, just less often and in smaller portions. Here are some exercises i recommend.
